This three-day intense training course is designed to provide you a beginning level of entry into the cash flow industry. Through the training you’ll learn:

• There are over 60 different ways to make money in a $5.7 trillion industry.
• How to create and operate your home-based cash flow business.
• How to market for prospects and evaluate potential transactions.
• How to work confidently with the funding sources we provide you.

We offer many of our training modules as live online classes as well. It¹s a great way to get the chance to chat with one of trainers and tackle each topic one step at a time.

As you begin your career in the cash flow industry, our students have found it very valuable to have an investment coach, someone who can walk you through any confusing issues that may surface as you close your first couple of deals. That¹s why we offer a one-on-one coaching program for all our graduates.

ACFI also offers two advanced training courses. These are 2-day advanced trainings that are held once a year prior to the annual Growing Wealth Live convention. The two trainings are:

• Certified Cash Flow Specialist Advanced Training.
  This 2-day advanced training provides advanced training in the areas of factoring, brokering accounts receivable, and medical receivables. With training in ancillary services such as asset based financing, venture capital, equipment financing and leasing, government secured financing, commercial real estate financing, and signature lines of credit, you won’t be limited to just factoring. All case studies, calculations, and marketing plans target this popular and profitable cash flow niche.
• National Mortgage Investor’s Training Program.
  This session provides advanced training in both private mortgage and business notes. You will elevate your intellect by understanding the funding source’s evaluation and due diligence, and elevate your profits by marketing for money, developing referral sources, developing better negotiation skills, and handling objections.

The members of the American Cash Flow Institute will be encouraged to attend this annual convention. The Growing Wealth Live Convention will host a financial conference that will include not only the cash flow industry, but other financial arenas such as real estate, commercial real estate, foreclosure, and probate, along with other general service providers. It will have exhibitors and experienced speakers who are willing to share their knowledge and information with the attendees to take their success to the next level. And much more.
