"I am a full time professional real estate investor. Prior to this I was a PGA golf professional.

I have been involved with this type of investing, real estate, since December 2001. The end of December 2001, 30 days after beginning the Protégé program, I closed on my first investment property. I purchased the program in November 2001. As for foreclosure real estate, I began investing in Detroit, March 2004, after attending the Bootcamp with Jeff Schnitter.

Yes, I am very successful. I feel the reason for me is very simple, what I learned I applied, and if I did not get the results, I modified it, had my attorney bless it and kept doing it. Until I had gotten back at least 10 times my investment I would not take another bootcamp. I wanted to make sure I could walk the talk with evidence and results, and not just say, "Well, when I do this or that."

I closed my first deal 30 days after I began the protégé program. I made $23,000 profit on my first deal.

I needed knowledge that I did not know anyone else out in this market giving the step by step we as beginners needed to be successful. With my dear friend and Mentor, who was retired from Real Estate, as an investor, even called and asked questions I would not have thought of back them. At that point it was a no brainer decision.

Over the past 12 months, I have invested over 120k in additional education. It has not all been real estate, and yet it has been. I am wanting to give back, and through education this can happen.

Largest deal to date…it would have to be through doing assignments. This occurred at the end of last year 2006. I was negotiating a deal to buy a large block of properties in a Midwest town. I would say over 80% were to be assigned. In that 45-60 day period, my company did nearly $800,000 in assignments.

Now as far as one deal, I house, because I do foreclosures in only positive cash flow markets, my best deal would have to be again recently, a two family in Detroit. I bought it for 17k, put 15k in it and it was worth, 70k. That is only half, the best part is the cash flow. My monthly payment is like 650 a month, and each side rents for 650, so I have a 650 positive cash flow. I love passive income.

Oh, wait. The best deal, maybe early on. I was in Hawaii on the beach and received a call from a developer who was interested in a house and two additional lots in the city in which I live. I had zero in it, and only under contract. After a couple of phone calls and less than 24 hours I assigned my rights to him for $40,000. Of course, now the trip was a write off! That was a fun one, and got me over the hump on assignments as it was my first one.

My ultimate goal as far as properties owned, for passive income, has never changed since going to the foreclosure bootcamp in Detroit, I want to own 100 properties free and clear. I am close.

To do this I am embarking on a direction I am extremely excited about. I am going to duplicate myself with five people who for 12 months I am going to mentor, and teach them everything I know, and keep them under my wing. During this time I am also going to complete the 100, and begin immersing myself in public speaking.

I think my life is the same, meaning I am the same internally. I have grown tremendously of course, because of the seminars and teaching and people I have been exposed to over the years. Financially, yes, I am different. I am a pretty frugal individual when it comes to spending money on myself. I enjoy supporting local charities, and I am now able to do more financially, which is nice as it also is in alignment with EWI. I liked to play golf before I began investing. Only as a PGA pro working at the JOB, I played like once a week max, and was not able to practice much. Now I play on average 3-4 times a week. I used to drive a Honda, and when I traded it in I liked the BMW’s, so now my wife and I drive BMW’s.

We live in the same home as when we first began. We take a lot more vacations than we did before, due to work schedules. I have found that when I go on vacations I like 3 to 4 weeks. This allows us to take our time, and it also allows me to be in touch with my business and associates, and not feel like it is interfering with the vacation, err, I mean business trip.

One of the greatest things about what I have learned, we truly can do this from just about anywhere in the world, as long as we have a high-speed internet connection.

I have with the Allen group spent like 30, maybe 40k. And I have made this so many times over. As we know education is only the potential for power, taking action with this new knowledge is true power. It is only expensive when people do not use the information and step by step instructions taught by all the teachers as EWI. This is the saddest use of time and money, mostly money through because as we know, time is more valuable than money. Take action and this is very inexpensive and quite valuable, no one can ever take it away.

I have learned to manage money better and with WTV there is a constant reminder from the hosts. I always have a plan and act on my plan. I try to keep trading as simple as possible.

I have made $1000 a week trading stocks and $3000 a week trading options. Which is an average 4 percent per week with stocks and 10-12 percent options actively. In 10 weeks I have taken my 28,000 to 48,000 dollars.

In options so far my success rate is 100 percent in stocks it is about 88 percent. I keep my journal updated to the second.

I’d like to be a full time trader by next year, maybe sooner, and be making 10,000 dollars a month minimum.

To be honest, it is not all about the money for me, it is about challenge and keeping myself mentally engaged. Also, the ability to do it from anywhere in the world. Do not take me wrong, I do not mind making money. This money will certainly help me in doing some good work. Also this skill will help me to help some other people. I have a lot of contacts in the community. Once I start feeling comfortable about the system I will be able to talk about it openly and encourage other people to join.
